Trimble Geomatics Office (TGO) now supports the use of RINEX 2.11 files via a downloadable patch for TGO versions 1.61 and later:

If when trying to import a RINEX 2.11 file and the program produces the following error message: "No RINEX files could be imported" install the patch and retry.

If the patch is not successful or your TGO version is older than 1.61 and your RINEX 2.11 file does NOT include GPS L2C pseudoranges as "C2", or any GPS L5 observables ("L5", "D5", "C5", "S5"), or any Galileo data, then you should be able to import the file by manually changing the file version in the upper left-hand corner of the RINEX file from 2.11 to 2.10.
