A useful tool for monitoring GNSS data quality in real time.

Real Time QC does not work natively on Windows. Real Time QC depends on piping a stream into teqc. The Windows version of teqc does not support pipes.

This program has only been tested on Mac and Linux systems with Python 2.7.
