Equipment Power Usage Testing

Equipment Power Usage Testing

The following power tests were conducted on GPS receivers, GPS antennas, and select communications devices using an A-D device on a computer, using LabView sampling at a rate of 20mSec. Most receiver tests were conducted over a 5 minute period and include receiver power up and satallite tracking power usage. Average power values were taken from the entire period and may not accurately reflect general power consumption of the devices; follow the link to the graph for a better representation.
