There are several things you can try.
You will need a Windows computer with the Trimble program “Data Transfer” installed (but you do not need to open the program). Right-click on the corrupt file and select “Convert to .dat.” This may yield a usable file.
Use the freely available tofrodos utility, which converts text files between MSDOS/Windows and Unix formats. Use the dos2unix command from a command line (e.g. DOS window):
% dos2unix [filename.T00] > [newfilename.T00]
Please let us know your results or if you have any other input, as we have had few cases of corrupt NetRS files to draw from.
