If files need to be deleted, the preferred method is to use the GPLoad download program or the TSC1 controller,
after the files have been downloaded and backed up.
The receiver files can also be deleted directly from the receiver, but they will NOT be recoverable.
To do this, turn the receiver on, then press and hold the "ON" button continuously for 1 minute.
After 15 seconds the GPS red LED turns on (RAM clear, control papameters set to defaults),

ONLY DO THIS IF YOU ARE SURE THE CURRENT FILES ARE DONWLOADED AND BACKED UP - THE FILES CAN NOT BE RECOVERED.
Press the "ON" button to begin data collection.
The steady green LED will indicate that more than 5% battery capacity is detected.
If the green LED is blinking, the battery is low and must be changed immediately.
The slow blinking red LED indicates signal lock on four or more satellites.
A fast blink means less than four satellites are being tracked.
The steady yellow LED indicates data are being logged to the internal memory.
A fast blink means a low memory condition exists.
A slow blink means the receiver has logged sufficient data for a "Trimble FastStatic" survey, and data continue to be logged.
Verify that the yellow LED is on before leaving the receiver.
This means data are being stored. The yellow LED will begin a slow blink after the receiver
"thinks" it has collected enough continuous data for a rapid static solution on a 10 km or
less baseline. This does not necessarily mean that enough data has been collected for the
Complete a logsheet for the site, or at a minimum write down the antenna height, site name, and start time.
To end the survey, press the "ON" button and hold for two seconds.
