Trimble Warranty Code Requests

Contact Trimble: warranty_options@trimble.com  to request warranty codes for your NetR9 receivers.

Also cc Tom Mackie Tom_Mackie@Trimble.com when sending the request.

Send them the  receiver model number and serial number.

NetRS receivers no longer require a warranty code to install the latest firmware v1.3-2.

S/N: 5118k75504 How to update firmware on Trimble NetR9 Active Firmware Version 4.42. We can’t upgrade. New version NetR9_V543.timg. Status error: Firmware warranty expired. Hi Thomas, Please contact Tom Mackie at Trimble. UNAVCO members may or may not be eligible for a discount when purchasing NetR9 warranty extensions.

Is it possible to acquire a warranty code through UNAVCO or at a discount? The firmware for our NetR9 (purchased through UNAVCO) has expired, but we would like to upgrade our firmware.
