July 2000

This report documents the procedures, materials, and costs involved in the setting of a prototype National CORS (Continuously Operating Reference Station) monument, as directed by the Executive Steering Committee in the Team Charter of Process Action Team 20 (PAT 20). The prototype monument was set to verify the recommendations developed by PAT 20 and to determine if any modifications were required to those recommendations.
