Kindly let me know the following doubts: what would be the thickness of Reinforcement size. What are these PVC rings,may be illustrated little bit more on that issue. What should be Ring distance. What is the meaning of consecutive 2incehes(i.e within 1feet from bottom of pole to top of rebar) With kind regards Roy
