Thank you for choosing APC's PowerChute Shutdown Utility for the Apache
Web server.  This utility will assist you in configuring unattended shutdown
of your Apache Web server when critical power events occur.  This program
works in conjunction with PowerChute PLUS and an APC Uninterruptible Power
Supply.

To use this utility, you must have one of the following privileges:
	- root
	- root equivalent
	- write to file system

rights, or as a user whose ID has the ability to write to the directory.

"apacheshut."  Please ensure that you have logged on as "root," as a user
with Root Equivalent rights, or as a user whose ID has the ability to 
change file permissions on the file "apacheshut." Also check that the CHMOD
command exists on this system.
